The day your site opens. The plan you picked starts then, billed monthly or annually in advance, and you can cancel any time. Cancel within seven days of that first payment for a full refund on any plan you start yourself; brokerage agreements are governed by their own order form.

If you cancel within seven days of your first payment on a plan you started yourself we refund it in full and close the subscription that day; after that, sites stay up to the end of the period you have paid for, which is not refunded pro rata. Brokerage agreements are governed by their own order form. When the subscription ends, the agent site and every property site stop serving, and you have thirty days to export everything on them. Your photography, copy and listing materials stay yours throughout.
