- The MLS’s required disclaimer text, rendered verbatim from the MLS’s current rules.
- A last-updated timestamp reflecting the most recent data refresh.
- Required marks, including the Equal Housing Opportunity logo and the MLS mark where applicable.
The compliance block is a locked component. Themes and site owners cannot remove it, hide it, or restyle it below the minimums the MLS specifies.
