What is IDX?
Internet Data Exchange — the arrangement that lets you show every listing in your MLS on your own site, not just your own listings, under your brand and your broker's authorization.
Which MLSs do you cover?
None yet. CRMLS and CLAW are first in line. A property site for your own listing is your content, not IDX, and never waits on a feed.
How fresh is the data?
The pipeline is designed for a fifteen-minute refresh and a nightly reconcile once your feed is active, so a price change on the record reaches your site the same hour.
Do I need broker approval?
Yes. Your broker authorizes the display and your MLS approves it before search turns on. We prepare the paperwork and track it with you.
Why direct access instead of a widget?
A widget rents someone else’s search page into your site. Direct access reads the MLS record itself, so search, price history and sold comparables render on your own pages, under your brand, where search engines and AI assistants can read them.
