About
Built by people who did this by hand first
One Stop Agent is built by HD Premier, Inc., a Los Angeles company that ran listing launches by hand for luxury agents on the Westside — which is why the defaults are opinionated and the feature list is short.
What every launch meant by hand
- Collect the photographySelect, sequence and size every frame the listing would show. Now the media tray in the studio draft.
- Write the copyThe description, the area page, the line under the agent’s name. Now a draft behind the fair-housing check.
- Build the pageOne listing, one page, on the agent’s own domain. Now the publish control on a finished theme.
- Chase the approvalsBroker, seller and MLS — nothing published until it cleared. Now the checks column and the locked MLS block.

Sample listing photography — a bluff house on the Westside, in the frame the site published
The platform stays behind your brand.
Your site is what your clients see.
Two design systems, deliberately different, and the difference carries meaning. The studio where you work reads as an instrument — every number in monospace, like a spec sheet. Your site carries the editorial luxury: large photography, serif display type, generous air. The contrast says the machinery is behind your brand, not in front of it.

One seeded listing, both ways: the studio draft and the live Vantage sample site — fixture data, not a customer’s listing.
From the founder

One Stop Agent is built by HD Premier, Inc., a Los Angeles company.
Before it was a platform it was a practice: building and running websites by hand for luxury agents on the Westside, listing launches included. Every new listing meant a scramble — collect the photography, write the copy, build the page, chase the approvals — and the scramble was the product brief. The platform automates the work we already do for real clients, which is why the defaults are opinionated and the feature list is short.
What we believe
- Your listings are the product. The platform stays behind your brand, not in front of it.
- Numbers over adjectives. If a claim cannot be sourced, it does not ship.
- Constraint is a feature. Five excellent themes beat fifty adequate ones.

Principles
Four rules
we do not compromise
Written into the platform, not the brochure — and every rule ends in the thing that enforces it.
Your data is fenced at the database
Enforced by: The database
Every table holding your listings, leads and copy is fenced by row-level security keyed to your account. The database enforces it, not a convention.
MLS compliance is locked
Enforced by: A locked component
Attribution, disclaimer and timestamp render exactly as your MLS requires. No theme, and no one, can hide or shrink them.
AI copy passes a fair-housing check
Enforced by: The validator
Nothing the assistant drafts is published until it passes the fair-housing validator. It goes live in your name only after it would pass review.
Inbound email is untrusted
Enforced by: The parser
The listing notification you forward is data to extract, never instructions to follow. Nothing in it can publish a page or change a setting.
