We want everyone to be able to use onestopagent.com and the agent and listing sites hosted on this platform, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control or captions.
Clauses 01–02The standard
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, the standard published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). The aim covers this site and the themes, listing pages and search pages that agents publish with us.
The work is in the pages themselves: headings and landmarks that describe the page, text alternatives for images, labelled form fields and controls, everything operable from a keyboard, and text with enough contrast to read. There is no overlay or widget to switch on. The sites are built to work with the assistive technology you already use.
How we test
Every page of this site, and every theme and the main kinds of page on the agent and listing sites, is checked against WCAG Level A and AA rules by automated tests that run whenever the code changes.
Automated checks find only some barriers. When we find one they missed, or someone tells us about one, we fix it and add a check where a check can catch it.
Clauses 03–05Getting help
Known limitations
Some of what appears on these sites comes from others, and we cannot always make it fully accessible:
- Listing photographs, descriptions, videos and virtual tours supplied by agents, brokerages and MLS feeds. A video may not have captions, and an MLS photograph may not have a description.
- Third-party tools embedded in a page, such as maps, video players and virtual tours, which follow their providers’ own accessibility.
If any of this keeps you from information you need, tell us. We, or the agent named on the page, will get it to you another way.
Reporting a barrier
If anything on onestopagent.com or a site hosted here is hard to see, hear, read or operate, use the contact link below to tell us. Include the page’s address and what happened. For a question about a particular home, you can also contact the agent named on that page.
We will reply, fix the barrier where it is ours to fix, and help you get the information or service another way in the meantime.
