What a real estate MCP server is

MCP, the Model Context Protocol, is an open standard that lets AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude use tools from other software. An MCP server is the software that offers those tools.

A real estate MCP server offers tools for real estate work. Ours offers a small, fixed set for your listings: find a listing, create a draft, change its facts or description, add photos, set its status and publish. The assistant does the writing, and One Stop Agent checks every change before it saves it to your site.

About the MCP server

When will the MCP server be available?

It is in development now. ChatGPT comes first, and Claude follows on the same server. Ask for early access and we will tell you when you can connect.

Do I need a One Stop Agent website?

Yes. The MCP server works on the listings in your One Stop Agent account. Which plans include it will be on the pricing page before it launches.

Can the assistant publish without me?

No. New listings and edits wait as drafts, and the assistant asks before anything goes live. Publishing follows the same permissions as Studio, and every description is checked for fair housing first.

What can it not do?

It cannot delete a listing, change your design, or reach your billing, your domain or your leads. Those stay in Studio.

Is it a ChatGPT app or a Claude connector?

Both. ChatGPT and Claude each connect to MCP servers under their own names, and one server works with both.
